Questions? Technical help and support (FAQ)
Q. I'm having trouble watching the videos on my desktop computer.
A: Try a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome. Make sure your Flash plug-in is up to date. Try it without any Flash plug-in.
Q: I can't view some of the videos on my iPad or iPhone.
A: iPad and iPhone users should be able to watch all of Asha's class videos, as well as Sunday Services and other programs posted after July, 2012. Some of our older video content can't be viewed because it requires Flash, which isn't installed on iPads and iPhones.
Q: How can I find a description of the class or sermon?
A: Click on the title.
Note: Clicking on a sermon title takes you to that Sunday's reading from Rays of the One Light: Parallel Passages from the Bible and Bhagavad Gita, with Commentary, by Swami Kriyananda.
Q: How long are the various talks and sermons?
A: Sermons are all 30 minutes. Classes and satsangs are usually longer and the length is noted. (1:14) means 1 hour and 14 minutes.
Q: Can I download the audio and listen later?
A: Yes. Here are instructions:
PC users: Right click on "audio" to bring up a menu, and choose “Save Target As” or Save Link As.” To listen to files on your PC, you may wish to use QuickTime (free).
Mac users: Hold down the Option key and click on "audio" and the file will automatically begin downloading to your computer.
If the QuickTime toolbar appears, click on the down arrow at the right-end of the toolbar and choose “Save As Source.” Note: some versions of the QuickTime toolbar do not have this feature.
