Sneha’s beautiful voice and calm presence help guide her students deeply into the benefits of postures. She is a busy Silicon Valley manager during the day, and a calming presence in her evening classes. She uses pranayama, affirmations and visualizations to deepen the experience of yoga.

Sneha has a Masters in Psychology from a University in India and a Masters in Information Science from Cornell University. Sneha enjoys reading, dancing (she’s taking swing dancing lessons), listening to podcasts (she would love to swap recommendations!), playing cello, and sitting by the ocean.
