This four-week course will transform your meditation practice this new year! It is suitable for everyone, whether you are a new meditator working on building a consistent daily practice or an experienced meditator well established in your rhythm.
We will explore the secrets of a steady, fulfilling meditation practice by rediscovering some of its building blocks. Through these classes, we will:

Practice techniques to calm the breath and taste deep stillness
Discuss ways to utilize the last phase of our meditation and practice deep active listening.
