Schedule your meditation lesson today

Attend a group class or receive personalized, one-on-one meditation lesson and support, based on the teachings of Kriya Yoga. Learn to meditate with long-time meditators, who will offer both personal experience and deep wisdom from yogic teachings.

The techniques taught in the class are part of the path of Kriya yoga as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda.

This introductory class will offer

  • A basic meditation technique that works with your breath and helps relax at will

  • Tips and tools to build a daily meditation practice

  • A wealth of online resources on various topics

  • Option to schedule follow up one on one session to learn further or personal coaching

The cost of the first lesson is $80. The session will include instructions on the techniques and a brief guided meditation led by the instructor. Instructors are typically available Tuesdays through Fridays during the day. (If you need a class outside of those times, please mention in the form and we will get in touch with you)

Small group classes are offered on a Saturday morning, typically once every month. Check the class listings below for the next session or contact us.

Each class includes guided and silent practice time. Our instructors are dedicated, longtime meditators.
