We’re often challenged by circumstances that seem out of our control. If we respond with fight or flight, we can develop the habit of feeling under stress. There are many forces at play in our lives. We may find ourselves tempted by a variety of shiny objects. We may find ourselves subject to the whims, expectations, or demands of others. All of this can chip away at our inner strength, and leave us questioning our ability to cope and move forward in a fulfilling, productive way. We’ll examine and practice a few time-tested, simple, powerful remedies, and discover how readily available they are, whenever we need them.
