Discover creativity as a path to soul and spirit in this dynamic, hands-on immersion. No art talent or experience is needed—through music, movement meditation, pastel, poetry, and collage, you’ll open the heart, uplift the spirit, and access visionary wisdom within.
Guided by Dana Lynne Andersen—international artist, teacher, and author of Art & Spirit: Creativity and the Transformation of Consciousness—this workshop reveals how the arts can catalyze transformation in your life and in the world.
A dynamic, experiential immersion into Art & Spirit, this Saturday workshop invites participants to explore creativity as a path to soul and spirit. This unique work integrates intellect and imagination, mind and heart, personal and collective—using the arts to catalyze transformation within ourselves and in our world.
This is not about making art, so no talent or experience is needed. Instead, we use the modalities of the arts to work directly with consciousness. Through guided creative practices—music, movement meditation, pastel, poetry, and collage—we unleash the natural joy of the heart, uplift the spirit, and access the visionary wisdom within.
Dana worked directly with Swami Kriyananda, inspiring the Transformative Arts approach she developed through decades of teaching in the US, India, and Europe. Participants will experience the visionary principles and embodied practices revealed in Dana Lynne Andersen’s long-anticipated book, Art & Spirit: Creativity and the Transformation of Consciousness.
All materials will be provided, but please bring magazines if you have them.
Regular price $180 ($108 for contributing members of Ananda Palo Alto)
