This four-week course will help boost your meditation practice in the new year. Suitable for everyone, whether you are a new meditator working on building a consistent daily practice or an experienced meditator well established in your rhythm.
Learn how to achieve deeper physical relaxation
Practice techniques to help calm the breath and take us into inner stillness
Talk about ways to work with the last part of our meditation, including the practice deep listening
Work with devotional practices that help us become more heart-aware
