Celebrate the bounty of summer at Ananda Valley Farm with a unique culinary experience at the farm — a gourmet Farm-to-Table banquet.

All food will be lovingly prepared with fresh produce from the farm, and filled with vital prana.

Each year we explore a different theme/cuisine adapted to local produce from this area. This year the four course meal will be inspired by Thai cuisine, and some of the items include:

Cucumber basil limeade

Sourdough bread with tomato sweet chilli jam

Zucchini Som Tum (Raw salad)

Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Thai green curry with farm veggies

Jasmine rice

Strawberry sticky rice

Note: our neighbors appreciate when we drive slowly along Frenchman’s Creek Road. Carpooling is also encouraged.
