Breath is the essence of life itself, and it sits on the thin line that divides what we can and cannot consciously control; it is the link that ties the physical and astral planes. In this class we will discuss the nature and meaning of breath as taught by the yogic science. We will explore ways to use our breath not only in meditation or pranayama techniques, but even during daily activities. Together we will explore breath as the most effective tool we have to focus and calm the mind, and experience inner peace.
