Practical skills for guiding others in their personal, professional and spiritual life

This 9-month program weaves together yogic teachings, coaching tools and spiritual counseling practices for supporting others in their life journey.

Ideal for those in leadership roles (teachers, mentors, supervisors, managers…) who would like to develop their interpersonal skills and learn how to draw forth the best in others.

Bi-monthly sessions include: lecture, group discussion, class exercises, and home practices for applying the materials personally and professionally.

Participants will also receive two individual sessions with the Instructors during the training to provide additional support to meet their specific needs.

Yudhisthira Doug Andrews E-RYT 500, YACEP, C-IAYT

Yudhishthira’s classes are popular, interweaving the physical practice of Hatha Yoga with the timeless teachings of Raja Yoga.

He was the founder and director of Ananda Teaching Center in Santa Cruz County for 24 years. He is also the co-founder of the Ananda Bay Area School of Yoga and Meditation (RYS 200) in Palo Alto, offering various trainings including Yoga and Meditation Teacher certification programs. He is a certified yoga therapist and have worked extensively with clients in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Additionally, He has taught science at Living Wisdom School in Palo Alto for many years, serves as a minister at Ananda Palo Alto, and live in the nearby Ananda Community. He has extensive knowledge and experience with whole food, plant-based diets, and exercise.

Vivekadevi is a gifted teacher and counselor. Her warm and engaging style allows students to relax and dive deeply into the essence of her topic, whatever it may be. She teaches weekly classes on yoga, meditation and the spiritual life and offers private sessions for individual support.
