God’s love is always shining upon us. By holding our hearts and minds steadfastly attuned to His presence, we come to see every experience in life as a window through which we practice calm acceptance and joy. As Swamiji has explained, ever-deepening attunement with divine will manifests as a constant flow of inner joy. Together, let’s explore what it means to our souls to constantly and thoughtfully draw that JOY into our lives.

Nayaswami Shanti

Nayaswami Shanti is a lifelong devotee and is now a co spiritual director here at Ananda Palo Alto. She teaches, counsels and still maintains a practice of medicine through her coaching practice of “Transformational Medicine.” Her talks are rich with stories from her life as a physician and her many years on the path.
