Saturday, 7-9am: Meditation
5:15-9:15pm: Kriya Ceremony
For those initiated in Kriya Yoga through Ananda, this is a day to set the world aside and dwell in the divine presence—from the first stillness of morning to the blessings of evening.
We begin together in the quiet sanctuary of group meditation at the Temple, lifting our consciousness as one, attuning our hearts to the liberating power of the breath. This shared silence prepares us inwardly, allowing the mind to grow calm and the soul to open fully to the sacred current of Kriya.
The day unfolds in an atmosphere of inner reflection and attunement. Many choose to remain in silence, holding the mind in God-remembrance, letting each hour be a step deeper into the heart.
As evening falls, we gather once more for the sacred Kriya Initiation ceremony. For many, it is a time of renewal—reaffirming vows taken in years past. For others, it is the first step into a lifelong journey of spiritual awakening, the culmination of months of preparation. Together, we open ourselves to the transforming grace of the Guru and to the infinite joy that Kriya brings.
