Many of us move through life feeling tired, scattered, or depleted, without realizing that a deep wellspring of energy is already alive within us. The teachings of yoga offer a beautiful and practical way to reconnect with that inner source.

Yoga teaches that the spine is far more than a physical structure. It is the central channel through which life force, awareness, and inspiration flow. When we learn to work consciously with this current of energy, we begin to experience more vitality, calmness, clarity, and joy in our daily lives.

In this 4-week series, we will explore the yogic understanding of the spine as a foundation for both physical well-being and spiritual awakening. Drawing from the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, we will look at how posture, awareness, breath, and meditation can open the flow of energy and transform our everyday experience.

Together, we will practice simple, powerful methods for increasing energy, strengthening concentration, and developing inner magnetism. The goal is to bring more balance, inspiration, and upliftment into every part of life.

Contributing members of Ananda are welcome to join the class in-person, free of cost.
