How can we keep our sadhana alive and fresh throughout the day? This class will provide an experiential morning of creativity and inner renewal, helping us discover and remember how to move through our days with the uplifted consciousness and connectedness to our soul-self. Based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and Swami Kriyananda we will practice living in the spine through chanting, affirmation, inward practice, guided movement games, art and writing.
