Join Premi for an uplifting practice of Ananda Yoga, designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. This class includes pranayama and integrates classic hatha yoga postures with affirmations to awaken energy, release tension, and cultivate inner peace. Suitable for all levels, this practice gently draws your energy inward and upward preparing you for deep stillness.
Each class concludes with 20 minutes of meditation offering a supportive space to relax, recharge, and connect with the Divine.
